Our weekend at a glance

I hope everyone is well. We had quite a full weekend. On Friday night the girls spent the night at their aunt Shannon's. Paul took me out on a date. We went and played pool and then had dinner. I realized I have no aptitude to play pool. Maybe I should have let my Pop-Pop teach me. Then on Saturday after picking up the girls Ashleigh had her first softball practice of the season. That went very well. I can see that camp this summer really helped her. Then after that Sarah had a birthday party to go to. My sister and I switched kids and I took my nephew Peter with me to the birthday party. Peter and I had fun. Then after that we went home and picked up Paul and headed for my mom's party on the Peninsula. Again we had a great time. On Sunday we went to breakfast with my sister, nephews, and my parents to celebrate my mom's birthday. After that we took Ashleigh to a birthday party. I took Paul home and I went to my mother's to spend a little bit of time with my sister before she left for Northern VA. Paul went and took the camper out to the campground and went for a boat ride with a friend. Finally my night ended with a rec league board meeting and picking up Ashleigh from her friend's house. I think I need another couple of days off to recover. I guess it will have to wait until next weekend.

Noodle is more then for games

Sarah completed level two of seven in her swim class. I think we are going to sign her up for more in October

Typical Sarah always running her mouth instead of paying attention to the teacher.

Is that a spider in her mouth?

Ashleigh's new expander. I have to insert a key and turn it everyday for one week. Then she goes back to the ortho and I might have to turn it for a second week. It will stay in for about 4 months. Ashleigh talks with a lisp and dribbles spit more. The price we pay for beauty.

Our week

Well our week has been pretty uneventful. Ashleigh got her expander put in from the ortho and I have to start turning it this morning. I am nervous about hurting her. The girls last day for summer camp is tomorrow. I think they are happy about that. We had an awesome Sunday last week. Ashleigh, my mother and I went shopping at a Dillard's charity event and Ashleigh won a $500 Dillard's gift card. Yes you read that right five hundred dollars. What is a girl to do. Oh yea spend it.

Our week at a glance

Hi everyone. Well another week of the summer is almost gone. I am kind of sad and happy at the same time. Ashleigh spent the week at her grandma Pat's and Sarah went to summer camp. I have started to go to Jazzercise. I have gone three times this weel. I never realized how out of shape I was until I went there. It is getting easier though. Well our week ended with a pool party for Ashleigh at Grandma's. I am posting pictures for all to enjoy. Ashleigh got her middle school class schedule and her best friend Nicole is not in any of her classes. She was pretty bummed. Sarah got her teacher assignment for second grade and we found out that the babysitter's daughter will be in her class. Sarah was very excited. She is also excited about the teacher. I also am excited about the teacher. I will give everyone details as the school year progresses.

Not to be outdone by Ashleigh

Hi everyone. I did not want to be outdone by Ashleigh so I figured I would let everyone know what is going on this week. Ashleigh is spending the week at her grandma Pat's and concluding the week with a pool party on Saturday. Sarah is just happily going to summer camp at the rec center. She does not seem to miss Ashleigh as much this summer as she did last summer. I don't know whether she has just gotten use to it or what. I have been doing Jazzercise for the last three weeks and I love it. I would suggest it to any woman who thinks they need something. Ashleigh gets her ortho work done this week and next and then it is no more candy for two years. She is pretty bummed. But at least she will have a beautiful smile to go with that beautiful face of hers. Sarah has a couple of lose teeth but none ready to come out. I will post pictures this week of the various things we have done.
